5 Days Uganda gorillas in Bwindi and wildlife safari in Queen Elizabeth national park from Kigali is a rewarding experience especially for those seeking real adventure of both primates and wildlife. You will have a chance to spot some of the big cats such as lions before heading for a boat cruise on Kazinga channel with the highest concentration of hippos in Africa.

Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Bwindi National Park.

You will be picked by our Safari guide have a tour around Kigali city visiting the Gisozi genocide memorial site before heading to Bwindi National park in Uganda through the kinigi border. And check in at the lodge for dinner and overnight at silverback lodge.

Day 2: Gorilla tracking Bwindi National Park

Wake up to a morning breakfast and with your packed lunch, head to the park headquarters for briefing about gorilla trekking. You will then head to the starting point for your gorilla family with other guests. Gorilla trekking can take from 30 minutes to six hours depending on how far these primates have gone, with one full hour to study their behavior and lifestyle. You will later return to the park headquarters to pick your tracking certificate before heading back for dinner and overnight at silverback lodge.

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth NP

You will transfer in the morning after breakfast to Queen Elizabeth national park where you will have an evening game drive after arriving in the lunch hours. Look out for several animals including antelopes, buffaloes, Elephants, and on a lucky day see the big cats like lions and leopards. Return to the Pumba safaris cottages for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Chimp tracking at Kyambura Gorge ($100)

After an early breakfast, you will go for chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Gorge in the north part of Queen Elizabeth National Park known to inhabit lots of chimpanzees and other animals and many bird species. You will be allowed to spend an hour with the Chimps learning about their behavior and taking pictures for great memories. You will return to the lodge for lunch relax preparing for an even game drive. Look out for large herds of elephants, hippos, bush-bucks, spotted hyenas, stripped jackals, warthogs and water bucks among others. There are chances of watching the lions and leopards having their evening walks in search of prey. Return to the lodge for rest, dinner and overnight at Pumba safaris cottages.

Day 5: Return to Kigali Airport. Departure flight

After breakfast, drive back to Kigali Airport through katuna boarder for your flight back home.
