Rates are;
- Quoted in US dollars ($).
- Subject to availability.
- Quoted per person on double room or single room basis.
- Inclusive of accommodation, stated activities, full board meal plan & all levies.
- Subject to change without prior notice.
• Cancellations more than 30 or more days before the first day of your safari:
100% of the deposit refund
• Cancellations 15-29 days before your safari should begin:
50% of the deposit refund
• Cancellations 7-15 days before your safari should begin:
25% of the deposit refund
• Cancellations less than 7 days:
Non-Refundable
• Mountain Gorillas, Chimpanzees & Golden Monkeys Permits are excluded from the percentages above and are 100% non refundable.
• Cancellations or postponement caused by effect of Covid-19 won’t need any charges.
To reserve this wonderful safari with us, we kindly request you to make a deposit payment of only 20% of your total safari amount. The remaining balance is paid on arrival to Uganda to start your safari.
